The designer Àlex Herce provides this house, located in the Mas Nou de Platja d’Aro urbanization, with large multipurpose spaces so that it adapts well to different owners.

It boasts the privilege of being one of the largest houses in the Mas Nou urbanization in Platja d'Aro and of being settled on a 3,600 m2 plot of land, the result of the union of two plots, in which the garden and the the native holm oak forest.

To this is added the advantage of being secluded from the densest area of the urbanization, which gives it greater privacy.

The author of the project is the designer and builder Àlex Herce, a specialist in large mansions and a supporter of configuring diaphanous and multipurpose interior spaces, open to the needs of the different owners that the house may have. Unlike many other houses in Mas Nou, the main façade of the house faces a good portion of the Gavarres, with its rugged but beautiful orography and sparsely populated with buildings.
