The designer Àlex Herce provides this house, located in the Mas Nou de Platja d’Aro urbanization, with large multipurpose spaces so that it adapts well to different owners.
It boasts the privilege of being one of the largest houses in the Mas Nou urbanization in Platja d'Aro and of being settled on a 3,600 m2 plot of land, the result of the union of two plots, in which the garden and the the native holm oak forest.

The house has 1,000 m2 built, distributed in the basement, first floor and upper mezzanine, so that the structure is not very visible in terms of height.

The uniqueness of the dining room is that it seems to float in the air due to its glass floor and from which you can see the modern design cellar that is located in the basement.
